Kevin Gray President

Kevin Gray, married to his lovely wife Cindy since 1984, father of 4 terrific children, and 5 grandchildren.

He was the founder of the former Residential Designs by Kevin Gray from 1984-2007 and now president of Kevin Gray Design Group established in 2008. Afterward, he received his NCBDC certification (no. 10-205) from the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD).

Kevin has designed many of the most prolific estates in North Florida and South Georgia and as far Northwest as Seattle, Washington, and as far Southeast as San Salvador, Bahamas. His personal clientele has included some of the most well respected and renowned professionals as well as celebrities and professional athletes.

Kevin sat on the technical advisory committee for Florida State College at Jacksonville and is still very involved with the local education, awareness, and definitions of fine architecture. He also heads architectural review boards for many of the area's most distinguished communities. Kevin has a profound appreciation for architecture ranging from classic, true-style, to contemporary; these talents have made him one of the most well-known sought-after designers in all of North Florida and South Georgia.

Daniel Hensley Designer

Daniel Hensley has been in the design industry since 1982, starting out as a structural steel designer, then moving on to working for architectural firms in Texas.

Moving to Florida in 1987, he went to work for The Plan Shoppe of Florida where the focus moved from commercial design to residential design.

In 1999, came to work for Kevin Gray where over the years, he’s had the pleasure to be part of the many varying architectural projects that the company has been involved in.

Bryan Vargo Designer

Bryan Vargo, a University of Tennessee, School of Architecture graduate, began his career with Kevin Gray in 1996.

Through the years of his employment, he had the opportunity to rise from an entry-level draftsman to become the Office Director and Director of Design.

As Director of Design, he focused on client-specific design, quality, and timely customer service. His duties included schematic/preliminary design, working drawings, noted specifications, building code analysis, redlining, project coordination with other design professionals, and client meetings. He also had the responsibility of guiding and supervising the design staff.

His current primary tasks, as an Architectural Designer, are on preliminary floor plan design, elevation design, and working drawings. With the client’s desires in mind, his goal is to produce some of the best Residential Architecture in the region.
